The Real Story Behind CutFlow

Built to Solve My Family’s
Business Chaos

CutFlow wasn't dreamed up in a startup accelerator. It was born from watching my parents manage a 130-employee panel cutting business across 5 locations.

The Family Business

My parents run Marecki sp. z o.o. - a panel cutting workshop in Poland that's grown to 5 branches and over 130 employees over the last 26 years.

Their main supplier is Kronospan, one of the world's largest wood panel manufacturers. It's a serious operation serving hundreds of customers every week.

The Problem I Saw

Growing up around the business, I saw the chaos firsthand. Orders tracked in spreadsheets. Jobs getting lost between locations. Customers calling to ask "where's my order?" with no easy answer.

Managing 5 branches with paper and Excel was becoming impossible. The bigger they grew, the more orders slipped through the cracks.

The Solution

I moved to the UK 6 years ago to pursue software development. 2 year ago, I decided to help my dad properly - not with advice, but with code.

I built an on-premise version of CutFlow specifically for their operation. My dad's been using it for over a year now, and the difference has been night and day.

Orders don't get lost anymore. Everyone knows what's being cut, what's ready, and what's going out for delivery. Customers can even track their own orders online.

Now Available for UK Workshops

After proving it works in a real, high-volume environment, I decided to make CutFlow available to other workshops. I translated it to English, added new features, and built it as a proper SaaS product.

I'm the only developer. When you email support, you're talking directly to the person who built it.

If it can handle 5 branches and 130 employees in Poland, it can handle your workshop too.
