Absolutely. CutFlow supports multi-branch operations with separate order queues, inventory tracking, and transport schedules for each location - all visible from a single dashboard.
You can choose to subscribe and keep all your features and data, or simply stop using CutFlow with no charges. We won't automatically charge you - you decide if you want to continue.
Yes, absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. If you upgrade, you're only charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your billing period. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
SMS credits are included in your plan: 100/month (Starter), 400/month (Professional), or custom (Enterprise). Most workshops use 250-500 SMS per month. Additional SMS packages are available if needed.
Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings anytime. You can choose to cancel immediately or at the end of your billing period.
Yes! Pay annually and save 20% compared to monthly billing. Your rate is locked in for the year, even if prices increase.
CutFlow works alongside any cutting optimisation software. While we don't directly integrate with CAD/CAM tools, you can easily manage orders in CutFlow and export cutting lists. Many customers use us with Cut Rite, Ardis, and similar tools.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything you need. After that, it's securely deleted from our servers. You can request a full data export at any time.
